The Arinex Group Announces Strategic Leadership Appointment and Launch of Creative Agency, fieldstate
The Arinex Group, a leading experience marketing and event technology collective, today announces the appointment of Jessica Ferguson as Chief Executive Officer of its flagship brand, Arinex.
This appointment follows a period of rapid growth and the launch of fieldstate, a new creative powerhouse dedicated to high-impact brand storytelling and experiential design for leading global brands.
Renowned for combining marketing expertise with advanced digital capabilities, The Arinex Group provides a specialised service network for global conferences, incentives and corporate events across Australia, New Zealand and Greater Asia. The Group’s corporate business is already partner to some of the world’s most iconic brands, delivering high-impact activations and strategic events for the likes of Zeekr, Tesla, Mattel and more; a portfolio set to expand under fieldstate with a specialised creative team.
Jessica takes on the role after having served as Head of Business Development and Marketing functions for Arinex, bringing more than 20 years’ experience across large-scale event management, professional conference and incentive program delivery and active contribution to the business events industry. A people-first leader for both clients and the team, she is known for blending commercial strategy with creativity and digital capability, fostering high-performing partnerships built on trust, transparency and shared outcomes. Her strategic vision and track record in driving growth and brand positioning make her the natural choice to lead Arinex as it integrates more closely with the Group’s expanding ecosystem.
Maree Di Pasquale, Group CEO of The Arinex Group, said: “Jessica’s appointment is a defining moment for Arinex. Having successfully led our business development and marketing, she has a profound understanding of how to create deep value for our clients. She is the perfect leader to steer Arinex through its next phase of growth, blending her deep industry knowledge with a commitment to innovation and storytelling to deliver the world-class experiences our clients have come to expect.”
fieldstate joins a robust portfolio of specialist brands, including Arinex (professional conference organising and destination management), Arinex Live (technical production), Neoteq (technology innovation company) and evexus (event management software).
Incoming Arinex CEO, Jessica Ferguson said: “I am honoured to take on the role of CEO at such a transformative time. Arinex has always provided the gold standard in event management services for our conferences and incentive programs, and we now have an exciting opportunity to further strengthen our position as an experiential-led organisation.
Having been part of Arinex’ journey for several years, I’ve seen firsthand the exceptional talent, passion and creativity within the business. Those qualities have been central to our success and will continue to drive our future.
My focus is on fostering an environment that enables our people to innovate, respond with agility and continue delivering the high-calibre events for our clients. I look forward to building on the company’s strong legacy and leading the next phase of growth and evolution.”
This new Arinex leadership and expanded portfolio under The Arinex Group will define the next generation of human-centric event design across Australasia and beyond.
