With 4184 participants for the Congress, ICI 2016 saw 36 Arinex staff over the week successfully execute:

• Registration for all delegates for the 6 day event for 9 concurrent rooms
• 7,500 lunch boxes were distributed
• 3,000 + presentations went through speakers prep
• 1,200 + posters across the week were presented via traditional and electronic means
• 60 booths over the main foyer of the Convention Centre
• 16 additional meetings
• 5 cocktail receptions
• 4 technology platforms were tried and tested including 1 x session timer that was a great success
• 2 Public Open Forums had 300 attendees
• 2 pre Congress courses
• 1 Awards ceremony
• 1 Congress dinner had over 800 delegates attend

The New York Times along with SMH, The Age and Herald Sun and many more with a mention on The Project were just some of the media outlets that covered the Congress.
