Background
The URSI AsiaPacific Radio Science Conference attracted more than 630 delegates, with approximately 80 percent travelling internationally. Strong participation from China, Japan, the United States and India reflected growing regional demand for high quality scientific forums in Australia.

The Experience
Arinex curated a guided venue walkthrough with ICC Sydney and BESydney, showcasing new LED activations, speaker preparation facilities and flexible meeting spaces supporting posters and technical sessions.
The experience concluded with an intimate roundtable discussion in the ICC Sydney Boardroom, followed by networking with ICC Sydney leadership. Conversations focused on international event delivery, pandemic resilience, underwriting models and practical strategies for managing distance, time zones and global delegate expectations.
collaboration in action
The roundtable featured perspectives from URSI, ICC Sydney, BESydney and Arinex, highlighting the importance of early partnership, transparent communication and shared responsibility across bidding, planning and delivery.
Arinex shared insights from working with URSI from mid2024, delivering conference management services including budget oversight, sponsorship and exhibition operations, accommodation, registration, website management and social events.
